Dr. Garhima Arora Presents Research at Prestigious ISMB/ECCB 2025 Conference

Dr. Garhima delivered an oral presentation titled "Decoding Organ-Specific Breast Cancer Metastasis Through Single-Cell Metabolic Modeling" at an international conference ISMB/ECCB 2025 in Liverpool, UK. The talk highlighted our lab's recent work that integrates single-cell transcriptomics with systems-level metabolic modeling to reveal how metastatic breast cancer cells reprogram their metabolic networks to facilitate metastasis to different organs, referred to as breast organotropism. Dr. Garhima received an International Travel Grant from the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, to attend the conference.
