Excited to share that our research has been published in iScience!

Our study, “Metabolic modeling with reverse mapping links host perturbations to Mycobacterium tuberculosis,” presents a computational framework connecting host metabolic perturbations with Mtb proteins that influence intracellular survival.

This work integrates metabolic modeling, transcriptomics, biological validation, proteomics, and metabolomics to uncover new host–pathogen survival mechanisms and potential host-directed therapeutic targets for tuberculosis.
